"Ragsdale was able to work in an appointment for me with two day notice. My drain from the attic was completely clogged. After several attempts to clear the pipe the technician installed a new condensate pump and tapped to the water line to drain fixing the problem and future proofing my system in the attic. This took a couple hours total and the work was completed at 8pm .. great service and the price was right .."

"They were super accommodating regarding my appointment time. After scheduling for 10am, I had a family emergency and called them at 9am to ask to push back 3-hrs which they did with no problem. They quickly repaired my water heater and walked me through the issue. The price was extremely fair. Great company"
