"The job was done professionally, cleaned up very well. I am very satisfied"

"The moment they are contacted and throughout servicing they communicated all expectations, steps, observations, and expertise in a clearly digestible and understanding manner. Each step was willingly shown, captured via pic as to what they were seeing before even touching anything, clearly outlined what they would need to do and what the result would be checking for understanding and agreement before proceeding. Gave options and choice where they could, and taking the time to re-evaluate and assess keeping them and us in mind on cost effectiveness as well as quality maintaining being upfront about everything. Respected us, our time, and space. Felt valued and heard as well as created ease in the whole process. Loren and Scott were great!"

"They repaired an old lead and cast iron drain line that was UGLY to do. Roger showed up when he said he would, his crew showed up the next day and got after it!! What they did in 3-1/2 hours would have taken me a day or two doing it myself. They were fair and honest, cleaned up after themselves, and charged me less than the initial estimate. Whats not to like?? Great work, quickly done, and fairly priced."

"Shawn is professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. He has been our family's plumber for years and will continue to be our go to for all things plumbing! Our most recent well pump project was a hassle but Shawn did not quit until the job was completely finished to both his and our satisfaction. Returning to the job site several times to ensure everything works as it should. He even reached out a month after the fact to be sure we didn’t have any issues with the drought conditions in the area and I was more than happy to tell him that we haven't had a single issue since! 10/10 would recommend Shawn and Poland Plumbing!"

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"Our grass had grown to 3 feet tall. It was going to require some detailed work to cut it down. Brothers Lawn Care, Shayne Jasewicz and Dylan Dolder, tackled it with care and determination. We thought we covered everything they needed to know, but after a few minutes working, they were at the door asking where the well cap was. With the grass so high they could have easily hit it. They asked if we wanted stripes on the lawn and said they always mow so cuttings are blown away from buildings. It was a huge task. We are very pleased with their work. I only gave them 4 stars, because there is always room for improvement and it keeps one ever looking for ways to get that fifth star"

"Very good. I use them for my rental property as well. Very good. Reliable. Cost is very appropriate for the service."

"This company called me as I clicked yes to help. Very knowledgeable, he asked me questions, figured out my problem and told me where to get part and pretty much how to install it and test it! He had prices, options and I will call him anytime I have water issues! The rest of the day I answered calls and was told I needed them to come and charge me tons of money.. I am up and running with a phone call! Almost nobody does that anymore. Satisfaction went through the roof with Drain Cleaners Sewer and Septic Professionals, they knew all about wells, pumps, tanks and control boxes! Love these guys! thank you again, Dean R. Hubbel"
