"We used the foam injection lifting. All the sinking sections were made level and we were able to drive on it the same day. They also provided some concrete patching beyond filling the holes which was appreciated."

"They arrived on time and worked diligently to level the walkway slabs and properly align them against the garage foundation. Both sections of the broken concrete slab were leveled well and ready to be caulked with sealant. They replaced the dirt that was removed and the walkway now looks great."

"The crew was polite and respectful. There were some technical challenges resulting in short delays and a question over the full extent of the agreed-upon work but the Owner stood by his word and made sure we were fully satisfied. I have already referred this company to our neighbor and had learned of Midland Concrete from a family member who was also highly satisfied."

"Josh and his mudjacking crew did a great job. The driveway had to be lifted quite a bit and it's level with the garage entry again. The drainage issue is also fixed. I didn't catch the name of the men that worked on the foundation, but that turned out great as well."

"Went very well.  Received bid on a Friday, work was started on the next Tuesday and completed in three business days.  Installed one pier between garage doors on the inside of garage so concrete patch was in garage floor and not in nearly new driveway.  Others had bid cutting driveway.  kept mes to a minimum and cleaned site up very well.

"Bill came out, evaluated my issues and gave me reasonable options. There were issues that occurred during the project, their crew adapted and was able to complete the job. They did a good job of clean up after themselves. A few weeks after the project was complete I had some concerns when some preexisting cracks seemed wider. Bill came out, evaluated the situation and gave suggestions to my satisfaction. If I ever have the need again, I would contract with Advantage Mudjacking again."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Rosalia, KS

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
