a. I thought the price was high. b. David provided an estimate yesterday and came today to do the job. He subtly  accused me of increasing the material to be hauled.. When I said I hadn't [true] he dropped it. He did hauled away the big stuff but made no attempt to clean up the area of the small material that had fallen while being handled. He apparently had neither a rake or broom ....

The basic job was done but this is not an outfit that takes pride in its work or pays attention to the details.

He was very thorough in his assessment and provided us a detailed explanation on what needed to be done to properly fix the problem. He also provided us an option that would provide a temporary fix that will give us time to arrange the finances needed. Even though he was booked two weeks out, Bill recognized the repairs needed to be done right away to prevent further damage and he graciously squeezed us into his schedule the next day.
