"I requested replacing a full drain pipe system. When they came, they only fixed the one part that was leaking, not the whole drain. They told me it would cost significantly more to replace the full drain, even though when they came out to bid it, I was very explicit on wanting it all replaced. The leak is fixed, but they also used a white pipe while the rest of the piping was black. They even told me they saw reviews the picture before coming, and still brought and use white piping. So now it is very mismatched."

They also have done some plumbing, fixed a sump pump issue, installed new PVC pipes for better flow and do annual general maintenance on my A/C and heater. They are punctual, friendly and clean. "The repair and paint project went well. Chris, the field supervisor gave the original estimate. Chris did the dry repair and supervised the project. He communicated well, called ahead to let me know of exact arrival time and arrived on time. The paint staff, Tony and Kyle were on time, communicated well. All staff adapted to slight changes to the repair and paint project and a few extras for a fair price. Finished the project with extras on time. One extra service was install an exterior security light which included a second try as the 1st light fixture I bought did not fit, a second light fixture was quickly installed. "The first thing they did was look at the plumbing in the basement and tell me I need to replace it and gave me estimates for three different levels or replacement. They are correct, the pluming does need to be replaces but i needed the sink line cleared. Called a different company to come out and they cleared the line.
