"Good job. Arrived on time (early actually). Removed old heater. Called scrap metal company to haul it away. Installed the new heater without difficulty. Since new propane supplier had not unlocked tank the heater could not be fired up, and they did not run water through the heater. Later that day when the gas was turned on by the gas company, and heater fired up, everything worked except for a small leak in water outlet coupling from heater to spa. However, Nat Pro came right back and fixed it. Recommend that in the future they run water through the heater to check for water leaks even if gas cannot be connected. <br />"
