"text updates were excellent. Technician was very helpful and worked to come up with a good solution to my gas pipe needs for my range. The fact that they were willing to come from Cherry Hill NJ to Newark De on a Sunday was exceptional service"

"Professional fid great job replacing sink faucet"

"They have been excellent. Ed Brown who is the proprietor goes above and beyond. He is amazing. We would highly recommend them and we will continue to use them as well."

"Walsh & Son was by far the best choice we've made for our new home! We decided to renovate both our master bathroom and kitchen and were so happy we found Joe! He was fairly priced, always on schedule, and never left a mess. The work he did was beautiful and detail oriented. We'd recommend him to anyone!"

"Mike done a great job with installation for a good price. Would recommend and use again. Thanks!"

"They’re not the cheapest, but they do it correctly. The workers were excellent."

"I felt very comfortable with them from the start. The owner came out and was so enthusiastic about his work. He explained what would happen with the gas heater airflow that it would blow hot air and then for a few seconds would switch to cold air. I was very pleased with the overall experience and the price of the job. The workers came in on time and I liked the way they conducted themselves. Courteous, professional very nice gentlemen. I have no complaints at all. I would give them a 5 star rating. The furnace was the one that came with the house from the 1950's so they removed old furnace and had to replace the duct work. They also installed cool air kit incase I wanted to install central air. I plan on keeping them for my annual service to check my ducts and equipment."

"Jeff Mosley was able to come out at short notice . He was very courteous and helpful to both me and the renters . I will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs and will highly recommend him to others ."

"We worked with Kip extensively.  He provided excellent design and strategic advice when it came to designing the kitchen cabinets, coffered ceiling work, the loft in the bedroom, master closet and bathroom.  We had a few hiccups along the way but Kip and his crew were responsive and worked through all the issues.  We are really pleased by the work and key for us was that we stayed in scope and on budget."

"We received a sales call saying the service was "going to be in our area".  Price quoted was for one 2-story chimney.
We had to cancel our first appt due to our own schedule conflict.
Second appointment agreed upon was to be within a 3-hr window, but we made clear to them that they had to be finished by 11:00, since we had to leave for another appointment.  Dispatcher said they would be the first on our schedule within the window of 8-11 am. When they did not arrive by 10:30, we phoned the dispatcher. She insisted that we were the first on the day's service list, but that they had been stuck in traffic.  (There were no major extraordinary traffic problems that day in the DC area according to the traffic reports.) And she reminded us that they were technically within the 3-hour window.  She told us they were only 10 minutes away at the time of our call, and the service would only take 30 minutes....BUT she could not account for additional unknown traffic issues.  We had to reschedule because we were afraid we would have to leave before the job was finished.
On the next scheduled time, the dispatcher called one hour in to the time window and said the service team could not leave their previous appointment site because there was a gas pipe break, and that it was against the law for them to leave before the gas company arrived.  She wanted to reschedule appt for the following morning--again within a 3-hour window.  She even offered to reduce the price because of the inconvenience.
We did not want to set ourselves up for another likely disappointment, so asked to cancel it all.  Dispatcher was very pushy, argued with us that the last event (when she claimed they had been stuck in traffic for 2-3 hours) they had actually been pulling up in front of our house when we phoned to reschedule (rather than being 10 minutes away not accounting for traffic, as she had originally said).  This differed from the truth, and so lost all confidence.
I am sure the chimney cleaning service would have been fine.  Too bad it didn't work out.
