"I had them replace a water heater and they did an excellent job on that. The one disappointment was that when I initially asked to have them install it and suggested a specific date to have it done. I never got a confirmation one way or the other. So I never really knew if the appointment was set or not. And I was surprised when at 7:30 AM my doorbell rang with JVS at the front door. I let him in to do the job as who knows if setting another appointment would have been different. In the end all is good."

Regardless, that didn’t give me a bad impression of the company as a whole. Chad, the service technician, was awesome. He took the time to inform me of my options on repairing or replacing my hot water heater without attempting to sway my decision. Once installed, he made sure that the water was flowing normally from every faucet. He then informed me of everything he did during the install. Chad definitely gets an A in customer service and experience."

A more in detailed option and a less detailed option. Both prices were within the quoted amount. We went with the more detailed approach because of where we wanted our garage heater placed. Alfonzo was here for three hours. He had a lot of cuts to do to make this work. The outcome is awesome. Looks great in the garage and in my basement. He even took off his shoes every time he came in my home and carried them to the basement to finish his work. I would highly recommend!!!"

Since I've only lived here five years and had no idea when it was last cleaned, I also had him clean out water heater. He did an excellent job on both, replaced my furnace filter, and left the area cleaned. He explained everything he did, answered all my questions and said my water heater was very dirty and should now run more efficient."
