"Freddie responded to my request immediately and set up appointment to address problem. He and a co- worker removed and replaced kitchen counter grout, and after proper drying time added clear silicone for protection. He responded by email and when he was running a few minutes late sent me a text. The work looks great."

"I have been wanting to have my grout and tile replaced and cleaned up for years. A neighbor recommended Looney's and so glad they did. They were quick to come and give me a very fair estimate. The workmen showed up on time, they were neat, polite and explained everything they were doing. I would highly recommend Looney's!"

"Great! Paul promptly made to our home and gave us a detailed estimate. He understood our urgency and promptly worked us into their project schedule. Paul's team did a superb job tiling our 2 bathrooms and replacing a shower door. We, our realtor, and prospective buyers were impressed, and we received a full-price offer. We highly recommend The Tile Artisan; thanks for a job well done!"

As someone who?s been in the Facility Management career field for more than 30 years, I am extremely picky when it comes to quality of construction; I expect the best and will not accept any less.  When it comes to my expectations at home; I am equally demanding and expect the best quality for a reasonable price!

The process started with meeting and working with Antonia in the showroom.  This young woman was very knowledgeable and instrumental in helping my wife and I select the tile and design we wanted.  After a few questions, she clearly understood what we were looking for and made the process much easier.  The last thing she did was make arrangements to have Todd come to our home so that he could measure the project area and generate a cost estimate.  I?ve dealt with many contractors in my professional and personal lives, but very few at the caliber of this gentleman.  He arrived promptly and within a reasonable amount of time, he generated an accurate cost estimate which included an estimated start date and duration.

The TLG construction crews were outstanding!  They arrived promptly, were extremely professional and showed a high concern for cleanliness and care for my home.  The discipline specific crews worked together like a fine oiled machine.  Once each crew with their work, the next was ready to jump in and continue the work.  The schedule Todd provided at the very beginning was followed precisely.

This almost never happens; but the quality of the construction exceeded my expectations.  I inspected this project as I do at work, and the quality of construction was outstanding.  I?m a stickler when it comes to ?fine points? and TLG surpassed my expectations.

I am so pleased with the service and quality of construction received from TLG that I?ve decided to replace the tile the other 3 bathrooms in my home.  This is a quality company from the top down.  If you?re looking for high quality construction at a reasonable price; TLG is the company to go with.

"An excellent experience from start to finish.  We are finishing our basement and wanted a granite top for the bathroom vanity, with matching threshholds for the two entry doors.  We had used a competitor for an earlier job and, although we were happy with them, we decided to see what Granite Vision had to offer, and we are very happy that we did.  The business is run by two brothers and they worked patiently with us throughout the selection process.  Measurement was done quickly and accurately, and the installation was perfect, they asked questions throughout the process to make sure we were 100% satisfied.  My sister is renovating her kitchen soon and we have recommended Granite Vision to her; we'd recommend them to anyone!

"We were extremely satisfied with the result.  Our floors look completely new.  They did a lot of repairs, replaced broken pieces, filled gaps, sanded old wood thoroughly, added new flooring in the closet, applied 2 coats of stain, 2 coats of Polyurethane.  They worked with my schedule. Father and son work together.  They are reliable and work extremely hard.  I highly recommend them.
