"Rob was fantastic. i had an 80yr old cast flange finally rot out at one on the slots. Called Rob, a rough estimate was provided and time of arrival established. He was early, well spoken and cleanly dressed. He applied boot covers as it was wet/snowy outside. He replaced the flange and poured a new joint, adding additional support by anchoring the flange to subfloor. This was not done previously but again the house is 80yrs old. We had purchased a new toilet and asked him to replace our old one with the new. This was not part of the scope of work, but he did so without complaining or trying to reschedule. He cleaned the area and it looked as it did when he arrived. Everything looks great! New toilet works great! No more wobbly toilet. Highly recommend his work."

"Shawn was great, very experienced and did a great job. Not having a quote before hand hurts when faced with the cost at the end, but compare to others, both Tony and Shawn were timely, and provided honest advice. Instead or replacing entire water pipes in my house, they added valve that controls water pressure intake attached to our new washing machine, which was rattling the entire house without the valve. Shawn also replaced all knobs and water filter in main water pipe and replaced them with lead free bolt handles. Awesome job overall ð"

"Jay is a good guy BUT after he replaced our gas line with a larger one it fixed the problem for two weeks. My generator has not been able to start since about July 25l. I have called Jay. I have left messages for Jay. NO RESPONSE. I resort to writing a bad review of him hoping that will get him to call me and come back. I am rooting for Jay because I want him to do, what I paid him to do: make my generator reliable the way it was for the first four years or so. "Excellent. I went to Angies List in a panic because it was raining in my basement when the shower was running. Less than 5 minutes after I consulted with Angies List I received a call from J. Griffin and within an hour they were at my house. I don't even know how to thank Jeff, I was expecting the worst and got the best! He knew immediately what the problem was, he clearly knew his business very well. The problem was more or less user error and I was a little embarrassed but Jeff never made me feel as though it was a bother or a nuisance to respond and he refused to charge me as much as I thought he was worth. I'm so sorry I just realized I didn't hit submit on this review. It was several months ago, but I still wanted to finish this because they were so wonderful."

They responded to my call with in 15 minutes and evaluated issue and gave me a fair price, staff showed up and was friendly and professional and efficient form start to finish, they were a great crew, good work and very knowledgeable gave great peace of mind this is a old house and my frustration with the water main pipe was very trying , Sheila was a great help in prompt service for my needs. they all were very helpful and professional I would certainly recommend this company and use them again for my needs."

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."
