"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Quick service! David came on a Saturday because I was having trouble with my hot water heater! Reasonable rates! Honest man! David adjusted the setting on my hot water heater as opposed to replacing it. Saved me a fortune! Will call David Ladd next time I have a plumbing problem!! No doubt!"

"Very responsive and professional. Quality installation of new appliance and clean up of work area. Would definitely rehire for other jobs."

"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

"Jose was a life-saver: he came hours after my new gas range stove was delivered and when the store, that sold it to me refused to do the same day installation He was on time, very professional. He was the one who noticed that my new stove was damaged and offered to come and install it for free again after the store replaces it, even though he did his job and it was totally not his fault that the stove was damaged during shipping I would highly recommend Jose!"

"He was on time and able to come out very quick. Initial fee to come out and then charges service and parts but the price is very reasonable. I feel like I could call him again if I ever had another appliance issue and have total confidence that he will be fair and honest. Highly recommend!"

"Silc appliance repair a great service! Their team was helpful with diagnosing the heat issue I was having with my dishwasher and the issue I was having with my refrigerator ice machine not producing ice. I was nervous about having a technician in my home due to Covid but the tech was prepared with a mask, gloves, and shoe coverings. I will definitely use Silc appliance repair again in the future."

"They did not call me back in time to be considered to do the work. It was a weekend and I did not hear back from them. Appliance Work of Boston did respond right away by phone. Although he could not come until Monday he did return my call right away."
