"It was an amazing experience from my initial call to Affordable Water Heaters until they did my repair and left us very happy with hot water again. The gentleman that came to do the service was polite, professional and took the time to explain everything to us. Initially I called other companies for quotes and most of them did not want to give me even an estimate. On the other hand Affordable water heaters was very upfront quoting an estimate and even quoted prices to us for water heater replacement in case that was needed. In addition, I was told that they guaranteed the lowest price, so if anyone should quote me a lower price (which no one did) their company would match it. "We had a leak in a pipe near the water heater.  I told Brian I intended to replace the water heater so he applied a temporary fix - at no cost - rather than spend the time necessary to a long term fix.
Because I have a large house and a large tub, the original configuration was a 40 gallon heater and a 50 gallon storage tank.  I had the storage tank removed when it began to leak a few years ago.
The remaining heater was good for a shower or two but no more, and the water was cold before the tub was filled enough for the jets to kick in.
Brian quoted me a high efficiency tank heater (with a storage tank) and a tankless model.  I've been considering a tankless heater for a long time but when I did the math, I decided a tankless was probably my best option.  Brian and Bill installed it a few days later and explained how to maintain it. 
There doesn't seem to be any less water pressure but the supply of hot water never ends!  I highly recommend this company and the tankless option.
