"David reached out to me immediately after I requested a quote. After explaining my problem where half my circuits were not working in my house, he said it sounded like an emergency situation. He offered to come out that night to see if it was something he could fix right away or at least be able to get what he might need to fix it the next day. After checking my circuit breaker’s he also went outside my house and checked the lines coming in. He discovered an issue with the line. Due to the fact that it was late in the evening and raining he said he would be back the next day to replace the line.
