"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. Our breaker box was very old and the wiring in our house was a mess and it needed replaced and repaired. We only had a couple of electrical outlets inside the house and we had no power to the bathroom. We also wanted him to also install new ceiling lights and we wanted him to add new outlets. Bradley replaced the old fuse box with a new fuse box and he added new outlets and replaced the old ceiling lights with new ones. He also got power restored to the bathroom. "I have had them for 19 years. I have had a number of issues, primarily with my air conditioning systems. It can be really costly to repair, so I have kept my policy intact. They have also made repairs to my microwave oven, my garage door a couple of times, plumbing, and electrical. They are always there for me and have been pretty responsive to get somebody to come out and fix whatever is broken. It can be as quick as the same day or 2-3 days later, it all depends on when I call and what type of service I am asking for. You have to go through a call center and push this and that. The call center could use some improvement. It's like a robo call. Once you talk to a human, they are pretty professional."
