"Jim and Jordan were both professional and honest. They worked with us on installing an interior french/foundation drain around half of our basement into an existing, outside sump pump and did not try to oversell us on adding a second sump pump (as other companies did). Their crew were all polite, efficient and hard workers and left the area clean and finished off in a professional manner. For years, every time there was sustained rain we would have water seeping into our basement. Since their installation, we have had sustained rain a number of times and the foundation drain has worked very well. No more water in the basement. I would highly recommend them."

"Very well. The slight dip in the kitchen looks better and the doors trued up. The slight sag still in the kitchen floor is because of the sub floor plywood which I didn't want to get in to. They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

"It was an amazing experience working with them. I meet with Donny and his team the first day. The most knowledgeable people I had spoken to about the whole job. They uprooted all of the trees cut them into small sections and stacked them for me. The grading went a lot faster and smoother then I was anticipating. They even moved a couple of large rocks for me and placed them as a favor down my driveway free of charge since they were already there. 10 out of 10 best guys I’ve met in a long time. "Wow.......I am so impressed.....Last Saturday I waited all day for another  plumber that was scheduled who  called me 2 times always telling me he was on the way.........Ended up arriving 5 hours late with an attitude, saying his GPS was broken and I gave him wrong directions.............so did not allow him to enter the home.
I called Jim..........he set an appointment.....He gave me a rough estimate based on what I knew had to be done, although I totally understood that once he saw the repair, this could change if more extensive work needed..........And, he even showed up on time and called to confirm he was on the way.
Price was as expected and work done perfectly and efficiently.
The most impressive thing was   COMMUNICATIONS......I could talk to him and he totally understood what had to be done.......No language issues and misunderstanding.  And he actually did know how to follow directions..........
I would highly recommend Jim.......To find an honest and reliable plumber is such a joy........
