"Gary is not only an excellent craftsman, he is an artist and one of the few left in his trade. I am so lucky to have found him to complete a project that was poorly done by Tim Dutton of Double T Custom Services LLC and which left us with costly damages due to inadequate foundation work which caused two stone columns to lean ������. one of which fell on our garage wall and caused ceiling and wall cracks throughout the second floor of our home. Dutton refused to answer calls or show up for an appointment to discuss the damage. Gary was able to readily asses the error and repair the columns which had to be completely torn down and replaced���..a BIG project!!! Gary was professional in every way. He stayed in touch, was prompt and finished the work in the time he originally stated at the price he quoted . Plants and paving tones had to be dug and moved , a wrought iron gate removed and then releveled and rehung. All of this was done with perfection and put back almost magically as if nothing had ever been touched! "Sean and his team performed multiple repairs on my 50 year old property including extensive excavation and foundation waterproofing and installation of french drains to divert water from one side of my house. During inspection of the foundation we also found there was serious water damage to the siding that uncovered issues from water on my roof, requiring rafter repairs, and all that went with that process. All work was completed to my satisfaction. I was pleased enough to request two additional work orders to install a cement drive and install two skylights to my roof. Every phase of the work was explained in full detail . Sean is very attentive and responds immediately when contacted for questions or any unforeseen issues. His team worked very hard and were very respectful during the entire process which took about 5 weeks to complete."
