"Talked to Matt the owner one very hot Sunday in June when my A/Cs were not working. I had my regular folks tell me it was shot and had a leak. Matt sent his team out on Monday and the A/Cs were up and running in about 40 minutes. There was no leak. They worked beautifully all summer. My neighbor's went out this year - her unit was about 5 years older than mine. I gave her NextGenAire's contact info and she just replaced her unit. She is very happy with the price and service."

"All went very well. We purchased our new condo (built in 2000) in September of 2017 and there were stickers for Heritage on all the heating and A/C equipment items. "I had a lot of additional cost. It ended up at $1500. They only cleaned three, for the big deal. And then, I had a thing that they put in to make sure that the air stays clean. They said I had a humidifier on my furnace and they said that it had to come off. And then, they said you can get a much better one and then they kind of disappeared and they didn't talk about it or really sit down and have a conversation with me. I'm not even sure why they had to take it off or what they did."
