"Excellent customer service. Excellent finished product. West Shore Home came to install a shower in one bathroom and bathtub/shower in another bathroom. Their customer service is top tier! They took extra caution to ensure they didn’t damage or disrupt my home or other furniture as they carried their equipment in and out of the house. They encouraged me to see the progress as they worked. (Nothing to hide is always a good thing.) When I expressed surprise and disappointment with one aspect of the design, they immediately began solutioning the issue."

My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. "I can't say enough good things about Amazing Walk In Tubs. My Mom's bathroom is narrow as is the door opening. We had several other companies come out. Some said that the work couldn't be done because the tub wouldn't fit through the doorway and some of the estimates were double the price! Steve and John went above and beyond to help with my Mom's bathroom renovation, overcoming some tough challenges with the narrow space and door opening. Their competitive pricing and expertise really made a difference. We would HIGHLY recommend both of them and their company!!!"

I have to say that we are extremely pleased with how our bathroom turned out and how beautiful it looks. Santos and his team were extremely professional and accommodated all of our requests. They showed up on time every day for the duration of the remodel, and they provided high quality service. The company is affordable and Santos worked within our budget without charging any hidden fees. "DMV were the contractors for a series of renovation projects in my home -- renovate a powder room, complete renovation of the kitchen, renovate a closet space, install a skylight, repaint several rooms and the staircase, and refinish the floors upstairs. Javier and the crew were outstanding: very communicative throughout the project, attentive to my concerns and the integrity of the house, and very accommodating with my neighbors. Javier offered many helpful suggestions for tiling, fixtures, and colors. I'm thrilled with the results -- the quality and precision of the work is excellent, and the skylight has transformed my home and my life. Perhaps the most amazing aspect of the project is that I could not be on site as I was posted overseas during the work. I had to trust Javier and his team completely to carry out the work without my hands-on presence. My trust was well-placed. They took care of my home and its contents, and the project was finished in budget and early. Javier was also super-responsive and helpful once I was able to return home. "We write this review as a sigh of relief now that our renovation project with River View is finally complete. The quality of the final work is excellent, and the construction crew, architect, and county inspector were all great to work with. The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want. This contradicted verbal assurances and caused major last-minute changes. Project Management Failures: Poor planning and oversight: Cris and the architect’s plan didn’t align with the construction work. We had to get involved directly with the county to fix errors. Paperwork errors: Incorrect submissions to the county added delays and confusion, which we had to monitor ourselves. Last-minute scramble: We were cleaning up dust on Christmas Eve due to these planning failures. Personnel Turnover & Lack of Handoff: Cris leaves the company: No proper handover to James, the new PM, who was unfamiliar with our project. Crew replaced: The original crew, who were great, were gone; new crew had no context or direction. James leaves: Another handoff with no context — the third PM had no idea about our project or its outstanding items. Escalation mishandled: When we raised our concerns with Kyle, the CEO, the response felt dismissive, with no accountability for the previous missteps. In summary, it's a beautiful end result... but we’re glad it’s over. The process left us frustrated, confused, and frankly, exhausted."
