"They charged $98 to come give me an estimate for swapping our a shower valve cartridge, which was fine, but the pricing they provided was completely unreasonable, $1,000. They were unwilling to provide any detail for the price. I ended up buy the part myself for $30 and replaced it in 30 minutes."

"The ceiling light for my foyer and the extra switch are functioning as requested. This did require dry wall removal on a wall and the ceiling. There probably should have been some kind of drop-cloth put on my floor first. Some kind of shopvac was used to clean up what was cut out. Other than a little bit of cleanup I need to do to a mat inside, things went well."
