"Damion is very honest and only charges you to replace and/or repair what are needed. Recently, he replaced and repaired all pool equipment and pipes that were damaged by the February 2021 winter freeze. He brought my pool back to life. I am very happy with his work."

"Joseph was punctual and patient to walk me through the basics and painstakingly took the time to clean the filters and change the gauge . Overall , he gave enough overview to understand what’s what on the pool equipment ."

"We had been through several pool cleaning companies before finding 1st Rate on Angies List
They are by far, the best company in every category and then some.
Not only does our water look crystal clear each and every month, but they really care and take pride in their work.  Before, it was always a different person and I would discover something not quite right with pump, or pump basket or maybe the Polaris sweeper was broken and nothing was said or done.
NOW, with 1st Rate, the same person comes out ON TIME week after week (even on holidays or the day before) and if something is not working or needs tweaking , they inform me and take care of it immediately.  Once we had a minor leak from an old rubber seal and they took care of it on the spot at no charge.
I don't always take the time to write reviews unless I have had an exceptional experience with a company/business!
If you're looking for a pool cleaning company then look no further!
(on a side note, James, the owner has some excellent resources for other services like tree trimming, landscaping, etc)

"Best pool company I've ever had. They are hands down the number 1 I've ever had. They do not take any shortcuts at all."

"They did a very good job. The pool looked beautiful when they were finished."

"Josh was prompt about getting over to evaluate, provide estimate, and perform repair. We had some confusion over timing, but that was because he was fitting me in between other projects to get the repair done quickly and get my pool up and running. I would definitely work with him again"

"Filter Maintenance and reapirs to pump were done well, the part was on their van, so the repair was done very quickly.  The serviceman was very courteous, and was very thorough despite adverse weather.  Very happy!"

"They replaced some light fixtures. They did a great job."

"They do not do spa repair/ diagnoses"

"Great work by Carlos and his whole team. Our family was not so knowledgeable about our options and could have easily been ripped off , but this is where the professionalism in premier stood out the most. Gave us all of our options before any work was done which saved us a substantial amount of money ( especially before the holidays. ) I would give Premier 11/10 if possible. By the way we love our pool can’t wait to use it !"
