He asked some questions regarding the toilet and suggested the best solution would be to replace it. We scheduled a date for the removal and replacement and he would procure the necessary items to complete the job. After the install, he checked for leaks made sure it operated as advertised and the the work area was cleaned. All in all, it was very pleasant experience and I would use hime again."

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"The owner called me right away and had a his service tech come out that same night to inspect my wayer main leak. It was already dark outside but the tech gave me a quote and said he can get it done that same night. I was shocked and relieved at the same time. We had no water for over 24hours already and we have a family with 4 dogs and having no runnimg water was stressful. They reacted quick and did a GREAT JOB for US. The only thing I did wrong was I called this other company first daythis happened and they couldnt come out til the next day. They were 2hours late and their quote was too high. I wasted a whole day waiting for them when I should've used Homeadvisor.com first and they connected me with Certified Plumbimg & Drain. They did an AWESOME job and I would DEFINITELY use them again. The owner and his service tech were great to work with. Thanks Gents!"

Frankly I don't remember the exact date or price but it started with a plugged drain that if I agreed before they started to clear it would be one price and if it turned out to be a big drain in the pipe under the house it would be another price, but if I prepaid a cheaper price up front even if it was just the pipe in my house it would cost me much less if I needed the whole thing done, but that price was twice the price of just unclogging my plugged drain in my sink. I had used them before and like them but this ruse was ridiculous, and I have never used them again.
