Customers say: True professional

"Erik and Chris were absolutely amazing. Erik’s communication is impeccable—he explained everything clearly, from cost to timing, and made the whole process stress-free. My gas steam boiler failed during one of the coldest winters in decades, and they handled the removal and installation quickly and professionally. The job was done in just a few hours. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend them.! "

"Do not hire Clear Flow, Rolando or his team. First he took 3 weeks to service the job after multiple reschedules and overcharged for the job once he began. After his team drilled the hole for the dryer vent, I used the stacked unit once and it shifted out of place, unplugged and was stuck in the door. I contacted the owner Rolando for a good faith repair. His usual response time is 1 hour but this time it took seconds for him to respond and say he isn?t and will not do anything. Also even worse - the washer wasn?t hooked up right so the pipes leaked through the wall to the first floor bathroom. Do not hire this pro - very disappointing experience "

Ralph especially is a perfectionist who carefully assesses the situation and outlines options for customers and excellent recommendations. In addition, both are neat and pay great attention to detail as they complete their jobs. This is my go-to company for any and all plumbing needs. "

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Saddle Brook, NJ

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
