Only complaint is if you have a truck that leaks oil don't park it in the customers driveway. I now have to clean the oil. This is why I rated professionalism as a B. The reason I rated punctuality a C is I hate appointments that are between 12 - 5. You really can't get it down to a 2 hour window or even better a real appointment?"

"Two guys showed up on time and got to work immediately inspecting and vacuuming and snaking the fireplace and chimney flue. They operated form the roof and inspected the entire chimney from top to bottom. Both men answered my lay questions kindly and with plenty of detail about minor and major issues they found and the forecasted schedule of when I should address them. They did NOT do the classic inspect-and-force-you-into-buying-a-new-liner routine and that was much appreciated.  They took their time and did not rush the service or question/answers.
