"The company made an appointmebt with me for 9am and advised I or someone had to be at the property to meet with them. they didn't show up and didn't contact me. I called at 945am and was told the technician was running late due to the previous project. I asked what was his era because I had someone to wait for him at 9am. they said he'll be there soon. I called back at 130pm and the company got annoyed because I called 3 times and was told someone to will be there between 4-5pm. I called back at 515pm and the company got mad and told me tech is coming in 5 minutes and said he didn't care about my account and hung up in mid sentence. after the tech came and diag the problem they told me to replace the boiler or bleed the system as a temp fix. the boss called me back and told me he wanted 400 dollars to bleed the system. I asked why I should pay 400 for a temp fix and waste me money...long story short he said he would come to my house and shit on my lawn because I didn't agree. "
