When Ivan called, the first question he asked me was what year my house was built when I explained I wanted old popcorn ceiling removed. I was very impressed since I had read homes built in the 80s were needing to be tested for asbestos prior to popcorn removal and we had that done already. Thankfully our home was asbestos free.
