"Just moved into a new home, the garage door was quite faulty. We knew it to begin with, but then it just stopped opening. Derby had a mechanic over the day, and in a few hours it’s working like new."

"Very professional. Worked us into their scheduled because our garage door couldn't be opened. Great customer service. Friendly. HIGHLY recommend."

"Sears did an excellent job with their communication skills. They had someone out within a few hours of my call. Everything was fixed in a timely manner, I couldn't ask for anything more."

"I explained what type of screen door that we wanted, but, no exact details knowing he would get what was best for our needs. He did exactly that! He chose the perfect door and accessories. The work was completed in a matter of a few hours. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"DWC did a superior job.  The project leader was very responsive to my need to have the work completed as soon as possible. I would definitely recommend to a friend or neighbor.

"A few minor bumps along the way. Slight delay due to product order not arriving on time. James Padget handled the final part of our claim and did a good job at returning our calls. We were pleased with the roofers but it would have been nice to have had a least one person on the job at all times who could have spoken English so that I could have been asked simple things such as unlocking our gates (they instead were climbing the privacy fence each time they needed in the yard to clean up until O spotted them and unlocked the gate.) The work done looks great and 6 months later we have not had any leaks or reasons for concern. I would use them again for the roofing portion of this job only as I'm very pleased with the work and appearance of the roof."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
