Weekend of six large dryer blowers and two giant, calibrated dehumidifiers. Within a few hours after the Broadco team completed mitigation, the room began to smell and feel a lot better. Brenda and Leslie had everything sanitized and boxed up.or bagged in less than two hours. The emergency services director, Bill, spent a half a day working, planning, leading and thoroughly documenting the damage. Sergio, Alex and Zach kept an amazing eight straight hours focused on the water damaged room tear down and clean out. They work very cleanly. "Very well, they cleaned small living room, small dinning room, stairs and small hallway. The company responded quick to my request for an estimate. Their price for the service area was very good. The guys called before coming and arrived early. They got right to work. They sprayed carpet, scrubbed it, then steamed cleaned it. It took them only and hour. The guys were very nice and polite. They also told me to put my ceiling fans on to help the carpet dry faster."

"We are seniors who had foundation and floor support work done by AccuLevel. Soon after they got paid we started finding more & worse problems arising from their work than what we originally contacted them for. The floors they ?fixed? were not level and started heaving like a roller coaster, many of the doors do not open or close properly, our finished floors are squeaking & popping up all over and the foundation is shifting & leaking more that it originally did. Twice they sent out servicemen to fix the problems by making adjustments; that only made it worse. The last service man said that the problems were bigger than he could handle alone and would set up to have a crew come back in warm weather to make the needed repairs; that hasn?t happened yet. We found out that much of the work was done wrong and not done as per the plan and specifications or what our salesman told us would be done, the materials we were quoted, paid for and supposed to be used were substituted and never instal"
