"My husband and I came across 7th State Builders online. Eddie came out to our home for our initial consultation. He was punctual and professional. He listened to our vision and took the time to draw out a plan and explain the process. He was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. We decided to do a big project at our home. For the back: a rebuild and waterproofing of our previous deck and a large patio to go underneath it with a fire pit and sitting wall. The front of our house needed some repairs so we had them redo our sidewalk in the same patio pavers from the back. The whole area in front of our garage was cut out and they put in new concrete and leveled it out. They rerouted our gutters to prevent flooding as the previous design was doing damage to our foundation. The owner, Chase, was very hands on and kept us updated the whole time. He frequently made sure we were happy with the way things were going. The whole team made this project an enjoyable experience. Iâ ll admit, my husband and I can sometimes be difficult people to please-But wow!! They really knocked it out of the park for us! 7th Stateâ s precision and talent is unmatched. They were very patient with our ideas and they added to our vision in ways we didnâ t think was possible. The whole crew was professional and extremely hardworking. On every area of this project they went above and beyond. The transition of starting another area after the completion of another was seamless. Once they had completed our deck they immediately came in and started working on our patio, and so on. They did not miss a beat. "Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended. He did not recommend any major work. His analysis of my 70 year old house was essentially the same as that of the Crackman. I was very pleased to get essentially the same responses from both companies and useful information."

"Kiras trimmed bushes and trees in yard and around the house.  Mulch was placed cleanly and evenly.  They edged where mulched, and looks clean and sharp.  We have several flower bed areas where they cleaned up, spruced up and made to look nice and presentable.  Front area of driveway he rearranged and made look very nice, did weeding and detailing.  Did great on the clean up, and now looks like a model home.  Not the least expensive, but by far the best landscaper I have used so far. <br />"

"They works arrived early evening (5 pm) due to an earlier job. They finished up about 9 pm. The came back the next morning and buffed and applied the clear coat. They did a great job! The floor looks great. They filled all the floor cracks and the seam between the floor and wall. The workers were friendly and got right to work when they arrived. I would recommend them and plan on using them again in the future. <br />"
