"Everything was done great except some defective screens. Also My lawn by the window was muddied up and I need to have fixed."

"i hired them to replace approximately 32 double hung windows. the price was as good as any and i was in no mood to haggle. the process was very clearly spelled out and the prep that i would have to do was, as well. there were a few snags with them getting the windows (due to supply chain issues that everyone was having) so the dates changed, but i was involved in those changes. when they did start, they got most of the work done on the first day and came back to finish the next day. a few things went wrong, a window was broken, another had a scratch, and many of the windows were over-caulked to the point of being awful looking. the broken window was addressed even before i brought it up, as was the crack. when i told them about the caulking they sent someone the very next day and told me the installation crew had used the wrong caulk (outside caulk) and that they would be back to fix it. they did.... there were a few more windows after that i saw too much caulking on, and they've come out to redo those, too. All in all, their service is amazing. there were so many people involved who deserve a shout out, but i can't recall their names. my team leader or manager was Michael and he was a gem. i wouldn't say the product i bought is the best; the corners aren't perfect and the glass fogs up (i'll let Presidential know when i have a minute), but the windows work great and they look exactly like what i wanted. i was so thrilled with them, that i ordered a replacement for my front door with sidelights and transom! the price was comparable and i already knew what kind of service i was going to get. And i did!"

"Installed 22 new windows, 2 entry doors, and new sliding glass door. Outstanding service, price, and installation. Highly recommend."

"After my house got broken into on Christmas, I needed to replace the shattered glass in my front door. I called a half dozen companies for estimates, and Glass Impressions was the clear winner -- despite being booked up for the week, the gentleman I spoke to recognized the urgency of my request and sent someone over the following morning to give me a quote. The quote was far better than every other company I spoke to and they were able to do the replacement then and there. All in all, very prompt and professional and I would definitely hire them again for future projects (hopefully under better circumstances)."

"I made a call and Jordan responded he sent someone out to look at the roof it wasn?t the roof problem it was the gutters from the snow but they repaired the gutters even though it wasn?t a roof problem. I appreciate everything that he did he sent someone out quick and they responded and fix the problem quickly. This was so greatly appreciated since I am a widow and I don?t have anyone to fix things. I will be using Home genius for Problems that I have and I will especially ask for Jordan."

"Matt and Stosh were professional and knowledgeable. They were respectful and careful moving about in my home. They told me exactly what the problem was in a matter of minutes and proceeded to do every adjustment and repair necessary. They were friendly, instructing me in how to care for my windows as they worked. They were efficient and replaced everything they moved. I am so impressed by their work and skill. I could immediately feel a difference in warmth in my homeâ ¦the cold draft was gone! I will highly recommend them to you for every need in your home. They will be my go-to preference for sure. Their price was very affordable! Thank you again for an exceptional service experience. Dr Calloway"

"The crew that was sent over to do the job were very professional. I went out to watch them work a couple of times and that's just what they did. No one was on their phones and there was no fooling around. They had a job to do and that was exactly what they were doing. I would recommend Long Roofing to anyone who needs to have a roof replaced. "Aiden Soofi knocked on our door and walked us through what he thought he could do for us regarding our roof and siding. He was true to his word. He worked directly with our insurance company to work out and execute the plan for the repairs. The workmanship and quality of the products used is exceptional. Aiden was keeping us posted at all times about every phase of the project. The crews for both the roof and the siding were exceptional. True artists in their field and provided exceptional service. Even through the cleanup and inspections, everything was very well handled. Highly recommend Priceless Home Improvements for any job you need for your home. Ask for Aiden Soofi!"
