"Contacted Mike after waiting for the original plumber we called to cal back (never heard from him) . My daughter told us about My Guy had plumbed their bathroom. Mike told us he would be in Spokane on the 10th of March and that he could do a laundry room sink install in the afternoon. We sent him pictures of the old sink and the plumbing set up. He arrived as promised with all material in hand and within 4 hours he and his apprentice completed the job. The completed project was far better than we had ever hoped for. They did a total cleanup and removed the old concrete sink and did it all at a reasonable price. We would not hesitate to recommend Mike for any plumbing job."

"David from Bulldog Rooter did an excellent job replacing the compromised frost-free pipe attached to one of the outside faucets. I was surprised to discover the frost-free faucet that had been installed when my house was constructed had blown a hole. I always disconnect the hoses and bring them inside in the fall and cover the outside faucets with Thinsulate booties for protection. David was "dead-on" with his accuracy in determining where to cut an opening in the drywall to access the pipe. He made a small 5 inch opening in order to fix the problem. It was uncanny how accurate his assessment of the problem was before he even began his repair."

"JA Bertsch was the most amazing company to work with. I recommend them to anyone, and truly wish they would expand beyond heating and cooling so that I could hire them for all my home care needs! They were very professional and provided great options for us to choose from when replacing our furnace and air conditioner. They improved the return air system so that it was actually installed to work (the home builders DID NOT do this correctly). Our chosen furnace system did not arrive in time for our installation, so they upgraded us for free to a better system that they had in store so that they could install on the arranged date. Our home is SO much more comfortable and the furnace now maintains even temperatures in the basement and upper level of the home. They had all the areas needed to pass inspection the first time covered and there were no issues with permits and passing inspection due to their attention to all the details like placement of Carbon Monoxide detectors. EVERY employee we worked with was kind, and customer friendly. They helped us secure 0% financing for the full job and completed all the rebate paperwork for us to help with a very smooth financing process. We will be on their Comfort Home plan for life to have them continue to ensure our furnace and AC are well maintenance! Thank you JA BERTSCH for your commitment to your customers and supporting our community too!"

"The sewer ejector pump in my basement quit working and sewage was backing up out of the drains.  When I called Noble Plumbing, Richard called me right back and we discussed my problem.  Even though he couldn't do the job until the next day, it couldn't have gone better.  He was all the things you want from someone you are hiring to do a job you don't feel qualified to do yourself - he was professional, punctual, competent and a genuinely nice guy.  He explained what needed to be done and the cost options to replace the ejector pump, then did the work in a very efficient manner which I appreciated since I had to take time off work.

"I had a leaking hose bibb and had to shut off the water main when I wasn't needing to use water, as it was a pretty steady leak. They were able to come out first thing the next morning and arrived on schedule. They needed to replace the hose bibb and had all materials with them. It was done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. They are licensed in both Washington and Idaho. I would definitely use them again."

My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen

"Alpine heating did an excellent job, great customer service, and the price was very comparable, even saved me a few dollars. Will definitely call them for all my heating and cooling needs."

"A great experience.  The plumber was here for over 3 hours and made sure everything was exactly right.  He ran into unexpected trouble with what started to be a faucet repair and explained everything very carefully.  I ended up replacing the faucet.
Gold Seal is more expensive than the local handyman, but the was SO thorough and professional that I personally find it worth the money.  Plumbing is an area that my husband and I need "hand-holding" and Gold Seal provided that.
