If there is a problem with the hot water heater, you cannot return it to Lowe's although it was purchased through them, this is clearly stated on the Hot water heater in bold writing."

His price $1252. I was told that it was considered an emergency so that is why the price was so high. This was the morning two days after the flood. After we got the pump we called several times and no response as of yet, He's off my list completely. I don't assume that the plumber whose charges were 50% higher than anyone else I called on Angies List. I simply say do your homework and know what is considered a fair price.
