"Standard Heating & Air Conditioning installed my furnace, central air, and hot water heater previously. I signed up for their Smart Club maintenance to have the units inspected and maintained. Earlier this year I had a no cooling issue. I was able to promptly schedule service. The issue, faulty electronic part, was repaired under warranty at no charge. Today I had my annual maintenance done. I was able to supply the air filter and humidifier pad to be used, to save on parts cost, but they will supply if I didn't already have them on hand. Both units were inspected and the humidifier pad replaced, air filter was replaced two months ago as troubleshooting for no cool issue. I was presented with the findings of the maintenance and inspection and all questions I had were answered. All costs were covered under my Smart Club membership."

"Freier's provided an extensive estimate and took a great deal of time explaining how the system works, what to expect with the install, what the estimated cost savings and payback period would be.  They came out several times to discuss which method of coil installation would be best for our situation (vertical or horizontal) and they explained who would be here and when. <br /> When the big day arrived, Ryan, who was the point person for the project, came out to meet us when the drillers showed up.During the project, he was very responsive to my concerns and also with an issue that came up in which the drillers couldn't frill as deep as they needed to (due to the depth of our well/water table).  Rather than forging ahead as originally planned and risk contaminating our drinking water, Freiers worked with the drillers to drill an additional 2 holes to compensate for the loss of area due to the shallower holes.  <br /> Once the coils were installed, Freiers did a fantastic job getting the geo pump and electrical connections installed inside the house with the installation of an off-peak meter and connections from way across the house....they needed to do extensive re-routing of the eletrical for this but they made it work and were so pleasant!  They always showed up on time and worked diligently for several days until all was completed. <br /> Once the system was ready to go, Freiers spent the needed time with us to explain how to use the controls and to understand what all the blinking lights meant and when to call in case of a problem.  About 6 months after the system was installed, something went awry with the geo pump.  I called and they came out immediately, determined that there was a bad circuit board somewhere, and replaced it free of charge within the same day.  The geo sustem works great, has saved us money, and I know that we are always 1 phone call away from Freier's if problems arise!  Excellent company. <br />"
