"From initial contact with Beryl Engineering, the staff was very informative about the process and what would done. From that point I received an email within ten minutes with a contract outlining the work that was to be done and for me to sign off on the scope of work. Within a few days, structural engineer was onsite conducting assessment. Overall assessment took about 2-hours with engineer crawling through attic confirming trusses and walls. Beryl was great with communication during whole process, very professional and delivered completed report within 48 hours (received on a Saturday night for a Friday morning assessment). When I supplied report to my GC, he was shocked by the level of detail that went into the report and indicated this would make his job ten times easier for pulling permits. The structural assessment was $500, in which is industry standard. I paid upon completion of assessment with personal check. Anyone requiring a structural engineering assessment, I would highly recommend Beryl Engineering without hesitation."

"This company should receive a 10 star rating but I am only able to do 5 stars. Steve , owner of the company did a home inspection for us before our one year warranty on the house expired. Since the purchase of our home everything went wrong with the builder and we had Steve come out and do the inspection. Steve is very professional and very knowledgeable and understands building codes and adheres to the codes not the builder. He knows exactly what to look for and we felt a sense of relief after he came to do the inspection. The office Manager Sheri is his wife and was very kind and helpful. You won’t go wrong hiring this company over any other home inspector. Thanks to you both for all your help!"

"This was so professionally done, Prepared and formed in one day. 7 1/2 truck loads of concrete and finished in one day with 9 men. Excellent finish and they did perfect cut lines the following day. "The design of the addition went very well with very few snags. Eric made a couple of visits to our home and discussed the many options available to build our custom addition. He went over aesthetics, cost options, materials, etc. When the construction began, he answered questions from the contractor about the design. He also inspected the construction, as part of an additional service, and provided detailed reports to the building contractor about items that were missing or not done correctly per plan. "We recently finished a project with Saxton Remodeling on our home in Golden. Neil and his team were great, and very easy to work with. The task was to convert our 1970’s built, compartmentalized home into an open concept with a newly designed kitchen. The project included tearing out several loadbearing walls and adding beams and structural supports to carry the load, adding skylights, relocating electrical wiring, adding recessed lighting, re-wiring electrical for the new kitchen layout, new drywall and insulation, and replacing/refinishing wood floors. Neil was on budget and on time. He kept in constant communication, and made it clear to us that it was important to him that we were completely happy with the job. As with any project of this size there were a few changes/issues that came up during the job, and Neil worked with us to make sure that we got what we wanted. And he was always fast and responsive when we had issues/questions. We searched for 2 years for a contractor and had a couple of bad experiences along the way. So, we are very happy that Neil was recommended to us, and we will be working with him on some additional renovations in our home. I would recommend Saxton Remodeling to anyone looking for a contractor that they can trust to care about their project and follow through until the end."
