"I called Professor Plumb at 8am with a cracked pipe.  The leak was behind the siding of my house near the outdoor water spigot.  Two very qualified gentleman showed up within two hours of my call and were able to isolate the problem immediately.  They were professional, friendly, and not only fixed the leak but replaced it with a spigot that was better (and more secure) than the original.  They accessed the area from inside the house to avoid damage to my siding and when they were done cleaned up every bit of dust and debris.  I was extremely pleased with their service and the overall results.  I would highly recommend Professon Plumb to others and will definhitely call them again for any plumbing problems/jobs I may have.

"They did the job right. Took my lid off to get the entire tank! Previous company I hired, wouldnâ t do this. He sprayed the back of my tank and ran water to flush the tank as well! Would recommend!"

"The young man who installed the new water heater was knowledgeable and courteous. There is an issue with a noise in the pipes after running water or flushing the toilets but someone is supposed to come out tomorrow to resolve that. With that one exception, I am very satisfied with the work and the company. I will use them again."

"The work was performed within an hour. He had obviously replaced many shower valves before. I had tried to remove the valve two years earlier but could not. Water deposits had frozen the valve fast in the housing. In my attempt to remove it, I lost the original retaining clip. Fortunately, he was able to replace the original valve and even had an extra retaining clip on his truck. This allowed him to complete the repair without returning on another day.
The only complaint I have is that he charged an additional $80 dollars for this service. This was in addition to the $39 I had originally paid for the plumbing "deal" through Angie's List. I later discovered the valve retails for about $25  - $30. I do not know what the cost of the retaining clip is. I think the extra $80 was a bit exorbitant."
