"Called on Monday morning and had an appointment with Domic within 3 hours. Dominic listened to us about hearing possible water in the walls behind the shower. Unfortunately due to a water alert here in Clay County, the water had been turned off. He said that was ok and that he would be able to take off the plate where you turned the water on. He checked it and the pipes were dried. He then checked the garage and outside to see if he could see anything. No problems. He said he would be backed after the water is turned on to see if he could find anything. Dominic was great and friendly. Definitely would recommend them."

"Added a valve to the cold water line at the hotwater heater to send water to the fridge in the garage. New valve leaked after installation. Came back out next day, tightened it more, thought the leak stopped but it didn't. Came back out the next day, replaced the valve, no leak. Price for work done was extremely high, but chose this company because they were the only ones recommended by home advisor."

"Spoke to them twice with various questions about different hot water heaters, brand and model numbers, length of warranty and quality/efficiency. If zkevin did not know the answer, he would check on it and call me back. We were without hot water, and the worked us into their schedule. Quick, efficient, remove old hot water heater, showed us how to adjust settings and left the area clean."
