"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"I was very pleased with all the work Joe did at my Mom's house and mine in Cary. At my Mom's he put in a new utility sink and repaired it and also repaired a significant leak downline from a toilet. When I saw the quality of his work I hired him to work at my house. There he removed and replaced a hot water heater and repaired a big leak in my utility sink and replaced the faucet. With the water heater he had to remove the black pipe to remove the heater then repipe after. After he was done both houses were cleaner in the areas he worked . I would hire him again if I need any plumbing done in the future."

"I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task. They refused to come out to repair it and would only do a complete replacement for several hundred dollars per spigot. Ryan discussed the task with me and came out the next day to make the repairs. He was even able to “MacGyver” the part I had to make it work since it was a discontinued part, saving me the cost of replacing the entire apparatus and having a hole cut out of my drywall in my kitchen.
