Initially I had needed help with frozen valves in my bathroom, a sink and faucet installation, and a new garbage disposal installation. I had purchased a countertop with an integrated sink from a home improvement store. When we opened the undamaged box, we discovered that the counter was broken! I was really unhappy and I thought the project was derailed, but Joe was incredibly kind and went to the store with me to make sure that I was able to get it sorted out. "I had a couple leaky outdoor water spigots that would have been an easy fix for me to do, but I couldn’t get the rusty bolt out to remove the handles so I could access and replace the washers, etc. I reached out to several plumbing companies and explained the task.
