He was going to just reuse the wiring instead of replacing it but went ahead and replaced it as I asked. There was one little slight problem when he left without giving me the two remote openers for the door. I just made a couple of calls and he was back a few minutes later and pulled the remotes out of the lighted portion of the opener. I am sorry he had to come back, but I can’t do ladders anymore. It was a simple fix. I was very happy that the company called and offered to move my appointment from a Monday to the previous Friday! That worked out perfectly for me."

There was a bit of back and forth on whether they would tighten the springs which were insufficiently wound, but they did in the end. I would work with them again. I'd prefer full discussion on what they can do to finish the requested job first."
