"Very good interactions from bid to completion. The work was very professional and the result was outstanding. I did my research and DiSabatino (Esposito Masonry) clearly knew what they were doing. Their original price was one of the highest but I negotiated down to one that was competitive with the more competent bidders; I did get some lowball bids from competitors which were clearly not as skilled and knowledgeable as DiSabatino. The disruption was minimal and the work was done quickly. A couple of unforeseen issues were dealt with very well. We're getting a lot of compliments from neighbors. I couldn't be more pleased"

This summer we took on a very large outdoor project which included an inground gunite pool, paver pool deck, fire pit, paver patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a 20 x 20 covered deck with a fireplace. "Worked primarily with Chip, John and Brian. We really wanted to get rid of our drop ceiling and the dining room and take out the wall between it and the kitchen to give us an open floor plan. We live in a house build in the 1920's so I was worried what we would find when we started opening things up. The Home Improvement Coach spent a lot of time with me prior to the project starting and because of their experience working in older homes, made me feel comfortable that if anything did come up, they could handle it. They did a fantastic job and completed the project on time and on budget. My biggest things when evaluating contractors are quality of work and communication. The Home Improvement Coach excels at both. I was happily surprised during the project at their willingness to clean up thoroughly at the end of every day. Even though they were working at the house for a couple weeks, they understood that we still had to live there and did everything they could to allow us to be comfortable in the evenings. Every time we had questions or concerns, Chip and team were quick and happy to respond. We made some changes during the project and to no surprise, they were happy to accommodate. "Steve did what they said they were going to do and did it on time. The job was neat and the final result was outstanding. Steve was very honest and took a consultative approach prior to the sale. What impressed me the most was what occurred after the job. One of the trees that was planted never really flourished and ended up dying. I reached out to CKC well beyond the warranty and explained the situation. Within a few weeks I had a new tree. I’m not one to take the time to write reviews but I felt so compelled to do so due to the professionalism and character exhibited by Steve and his company. CKC could have easily just walked away or not responded but they went over and above to please me as a customer. At the end of the day you can’t put a price tag on strong ethics and human decency.
