Got a call around noontime from service technician Dwayne Myers to let me know he was on the way and would be there shortly. When Dwayne arrived he introduced himself and we then discussed the problem, after which he went into diagnostic mode explaining along the way everything that he was doing in checking for the problem. Once diagnosed he explained what was needed for repair and again informed me what he was doing in facilitating the repair. After the repairs were completed he did a thorough inspection of my system to ensure there were no other issues and it was blowing cold and working like new."

"They came and inspected the sump pump. They recommended for it to be replaced. I was okay with it so they replaced it. They completed within half an hour. We then discussed the bill. They agreed to take off $50 because they have an Angie's List coupon that offers $50 off. There was also a coupon for $250 off a system installation for Angie's List members. I told them of this and they said it would only apply for HVAC units and I said to them that they are more than HVAC company, they provide more services than HVAC. They did not specify that its only for HVAC. The technician agreed and said that they're going to have to change that within our website. This was extremely misleading and felt like a bait and switch."

Very pleased with the professionalism of the 3-man team.  34 windows were cleaned well inside and outside using Windex.  Unfortunately, team cracked one window during the cleaning process.  MARGAAA has indicted that we should contract the repair and send MARGAAA the bill for reimbursement.  Would use MARGAAA services again.
