"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

"Explained everything. Saved me money on repair. The cost for just coming out was a little high."

"The professional did an awesome job getting to the root of the problem and was customer friendly! It did not take him long to service our washer. We highly recommend to be assigned to future repairs."

"The repair of my clothes washer is not complete, needed to order parts."

"Cooper Communications did a great job! They came to powerwash my balcony/deck. This deck was not cleaned in years, and it was in terrible shape. They left it as new, squeaky clean! I am so happy with the outcome. My experience couldn't be better. The customer service from Austin Cooper was great. He explained everything, with respect and good manners. I live on the 2nd floor from an apt complex, and the washer hook up was the only way for them to get the water. So, right through my living room, from my hallway. They did such a good job, no water leakage, no mess, and no wet or dirty carpet. I'm so impressed with them I recommend to everyone. The price was right. Cooper had a 2-man crew, plus himself. They were patient and kind with me, as I asked questions, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Cooper. You guys are the best! Keep your humble hearts and stay safe! Wish you great success in all you do! Pebbles"

"He was shipped a defective part so had to come back an additional time. He did not complain or charge more, simply did what needed to be done to get us back up and running. Friendly and honest!"

"My AC isn't working so I called Wyatt Home Solutions for a diagnosis of my unit. He showed up and told me that my compressor was bad and I almost flipped a lid worried about the cost of this repair especially on this very hot day, but David assured me that servicing the unit would take only about thirty minutes and to my surprise I heard the fan kick on a little bit ago and has started cooling my house down to a normal temperature of 75 degrees. I really appreciate the prompt and honest nature of this tech and highly recommend him to anyone in need of good service from a reputable and reliable company. I will be using him for any future repairs to my AC. So should whomever is reading this review. Thanks again to Wyatt HVAC & Home Solutions for the awesome service on this very hot day."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"Justin did great. Arrived when he stated and completed all repairs the same day. Thank you!!"
