He was on time, courteous, knowlegeable and quick. He replaced the two turn off valves under the kitchen sink and also installed the new faucet and sprayer we had purchased. We were very pleased with his work and the attention to our emergency by the office staff. Our kitchen water supply was returned to normal very promptly. Aaron left the worksite clean and neat. Thank you to everyone who responded to our need."

James arrived on time and ready to work.  He came in and told me exactly what he was going to do.  He cleaned out the tub and then put in some kind of cleaner and then taped up the bathroom including enclosing the door with a zipper so he could run a vacuum out the window for exhaust. He took his time and was a very pleasant man to work with.  He explained everything he was doing and wanted to know if I had any questions.  It took about 5 hours but he left with it very clean and beautiful.  The bathroom looks so nice we had to go out and buy all new plumbing because the old just did not look good. I would recommend this company (James) to anyone who needs work on their bathroom.  They do a great job and it was well worth the money.

Listened and diagnosed the problem right away. He quoted the price on the replacement part and made sure I wanted to do the repair.
