Based on the conversation with Shane, and the fact Water Heaters Now is a Rheem certified "Pro Plumber", decided to proceed with Water Heaters Now. Even though we were not under an emergency as old water heater was still working, Shane and company were able to come out the next day. The installer, Jake, arrived on-time, was very professional, did a great job explaining the replacement process, explaining the maintenance aspects of the new water heater, and leaving the work area in very clean condition. It was time replace the heater so I asked Northern if they could remove the heater and install the new one the next day. They were fine with that. The workers were very professional and friendly. He did a fine job He replaced a few feet of plastic water lines with copper pipe and secured it to a piece of wood to hold it tight I had noticed when the washer filled with water the plastic water tubing would jump around. This secured it ! He put in a new faucet. It looks very nice. He got it all done in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done and we agreed. We also had him flush our water heater too we were very pleased with his work."

"Shaun and Steve from Boevaag Plumbing called/texted to let me know that they were running ahead of schedule. This worked out great and they were able to start about an hour before the estimated starting time. On an outside spigot that was leaking Shaun showed me how one nut just needed tightening. Leak gone. I had a valve that ran to the kitchen refrigerator. I assume this valve was likely added by the previous homeowner, as it was unfortunately placed after the shutoff valve for one of the outside spigots (so when I shut it off for the winter, no water to the fridge). I had them move the refrigerator valve (they put in a new one) before the outside shutoff valve. A shutoff valve for another outside spigot wouldn't fully shut off. They replaced both of the shutoff valves with much better handle valves (rather than the knob valves that were there). The pipes to the water softener needed to be tweaked to line up with the new softener. They did that, hooked up the new softener, ran it though all of its cycles and showed me how to use it. Shaun also gave me advice on maintaining the unit. The main waste pipe had a joint that had failed, Steve and Shaun replaced the necessary pieces and everything looks nice and sealed once again. The guys took a little under three hours to get my long list of items accomplished. They were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt the price charged was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Boevaag Plumbing and will most certainly use them again."

"After various and outrageous quotes from local plumbing companies, I hired Yuriy and his crew to install a new Rinnai tankless water heating system at hour house. The project included the install of the new unit at a different location in the basement and the conversion/hookup to the main natural gas pipe which was feeding our furnace. We previously had an electric water heating tank system that lasted 23 years. The removal of the old tank was included as well. He also did about 12 feet of old galvanized pipe replacement with copper piping and various shut off valves, wall anchors and a hookup to an existing humidifier. The final price was fair and the work was done beautifully and on time. Any issues during the project (minor stuff) were tackled quickly and efficiently. It was really a very nice experience. Yuriy and his crew were very knowledgeable and highly professional! in the end, we were very happy with the result and we're enjoying our on-demand, very efficient"

"The Lindmans were very nice and professional. They installed a new cartridge in the main shower line, which did not completely resolve the issue, so they also flushed out old hot water in the lines and reduced the water temperature to a reasonable temperature. For the second issue, they cleaned the drain line to the air conditioning pan in furnace, which I hope will make things better. They explained the next steps that would be needed in each scenario if the above interventions did not resolve the problems to my satisfaction, but were thoughtful about keeping costs manageable."
