He didn't charge very much, and he was prompt, very nice, and professional. He was able to tell very quickly that I had a refrigerant leak and gave a few option for repair or replacement. Scheduling within the dates of coupon was difficult (they changed phone # and initially the new # was not part of message) so honored the coupon after the date. I didn't need general cleaning, but some specific items and they were quite flexible in addressing my specific needs. 2 people came for  2 1 hour sessions.
