"Our overall experience with them went fine, I think. We were okay with them. They told us that we needed a liner and gave us the price and then we decided not to do anything right away. Meanwhile a gas company had to come because they were putting in new gas lines in front of the house and so they needed to check all of the hook ups and all that. They looked at our chimney and said that the kind of chimney that we have was perfect and we did not need to get the liner. I think the Colonial guys did a good job cleaning and I think they have a perception of certain things that they think they can do better by doing certain thinks that other companies might not. Their pricing, we thought, was fair. Their quality was fine, except that they wanted to sell us something that we did not need."
