"Tony and Mike (I'm sorry - I think it's Mike but I'm not sure - I'm so bad with names!) got here a few minutes before the scheduled time and got right to work.  They know their business, that's for sure.  They cleaned everything top to bottom, much more thoroughly than I ever would.  It seems like *every* surface was vacuumed, scrubbed cleaned, or wiped down.  Tony said that they automatically wash kitchen and bathroom floors.  They also washed our living room floor at my request.  We have a large 3-story house, and it took a total of 14 hours to clean.  LOTS of vacuuming dust all over, and cobwebs, too.  It's such a huge relief to have a clean house. <br /> Here's an example of Tony's conscientiousness: it turns out his calculations for the total cost included two extra hours by mistake.  He called not long after he left to apologize and offer to come back to get a new check.  I was heading out so I asked if they could just mail a check for the difference, and that's what they'll do.  He didn't need to call me - honestly I wouldn't have caught it.  So I really appreciate that, and it shows his integrity in managing their business. <br /> I've hired two other cleaners prior to Housecare Extraordinaire.  This is my second time with them, and I won't hire anyone else again. <br />"
