When they were installing the first blind in my bedroom it had a separation and they immediately took it back and ordered a new one and brought that out. I got the extender poles so you can reach up. I'm a 5 ft person, so reaching high you really need to be able to. They go from the bottom up or the top down. I have sleep apnea and that was one of the factors that really improved my sleep was having the blinds that went dark. Even now after I've really got on a good schedule if I don't close them at night the light coming through in the morning really makes a difference. It really makes a big difference. Tyler said it would have been 6 hours with 2 workers. They are so clean that it almost looks as though there is no glass at all! They told me about a couple of windows with sticking issues so i can get those fixed. I have a 1932 build home with combination windows. The only thing that I question, is f wiping down screens with a wet cloth is enough to keep the dirt from transferring onto the windows when it rains. In the past, the screens are actually removed and washed with Dawn and water. I am afraid of heights so these guys really helped me out. Stellar performance!! Thank you."
