"He worked with me and built a strong carport and gave me a fair price also and got carport done in 2 days and cleaned up the site"

"I used RL Spencer for two different projects at our complex. The first one was a shingle roof project that was damaged by hurricane Milton. They crew worked tirelessly to replace the roof and were very professional and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied with the job. As a result of our first experience with RL Spencer we then hired them for a much larger project. The next project was on a three story building that needed a few trusses repaired and a few replaced. The crew was able to make the necessary repairs and replace the metal roofing as needed. From start to finish Sean, Rob and the crew at RL Spencer were professional and very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend giving RL Spencer a chance to earn your business."

"I had other estimates and this one was the highest but when comparing the companies and how they presented themselves. I paid the higher price expecting a higher quality job. I got exactly what I paid for. The owner and crew came on time and worked as team. I spent a lot of time outside watching as I had another company at my last house do some horrible aluminum work as I was not able to be present for that one. I also have done construction work professionally in the past and like to watch new methods such as this aluminum construction methods. This company also had a special rounded edge on the vertical posts that I wanted on the inside of the structure. I gave them a small deposit to order the aluminum and secure the job. They did not speak of any additional money until the job was complete and the entire area was cleaned up. They paid attention to detail as well on all the cuts and seams. The screen work was perfect. I was completely 100 percent satisfied and will call them back for screen or screw replacement in huge future or if I decide to enclose this structure.

"I highly recommend Greg Luebbe and Total Home Roofing. We loved our neighbor's new roof and inquired with her to find out who did the work. She said Total Home Roofing did two of her three daycare buildings. She said Greg Luebbe was her salesman. Greg came over to the house and was very nice and helpful. He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. The roof was installed exactly one week after he sold us. My husband and I are very pleased with the whole experience!"

"We added over 3000 square feet to our home. Our first general contractor was a disaster, suffering two strokes and abandoning the job leaving us with little more than a slab and about $40,000 in unpaid subcontractors. We interviewed many new general contractors and Chris was the most knowledgeable and experienced. We haven’t regretted our decision. Chris accurately estimated time and money, quickly and efficiently finished the project, would always accommodate changes along the way, and knew how to technically achieve things that other contractors that I talked to did not know how to do. We are going to have Chris do more work for us."

"CER came out to look at our deck that was completely worn out to say the least. It had not been painted and sealed properly and was an eyesore. We asked for ideas on what we could build from scratch to be able to entertain regularly. CER was able to give us a few options that fit our budget and definitely gave the back of the house some appeal we were seriously lacking. We have received several compliments and are very grateful to CER for giving us something to be proud of!

"B&H Construction did a fantastic job on converting our tub into a walk-in shower. The owner, Hunter, was attentive to our needs and schedule. The work crew was friendly and polite, and did a high-quality job. I could not be happier with the work and the price."

"This gentleman & his company could not have made getting new gutters more efficient or convenient. I had been putting this off for months. Had I known it would have been so easy I certainly would have done it sooner."

"We contacted Ziggy after finding him on Angie's List.  Ziggy came out and provided a quote for a second story deck we wanted built above an existing porch.  Ziggy provided an estimate the same day and later contacted us with building plans.  Ziggy modified the plans based on our feedback and submitted the final product for review so permits could be issued.  Work began shortly after permits were issued.  The job was completed in less than a week.  Ziggy and another worker completed the work.  They did an excellent job with great attention to detail.  Ziggy even patched a small section of siding that was missing in the area where the deck tied into the house. Ziggy was great to work with and arrived each morning working through the entire day.  We were very pleased with Ziggy and will definitely contact him for future home remodeling projects.
