My criticism for quality has more to do with the fact they scratched up newly painted walls and baseboards with the vacuum and hosing. That may be something that is unavoidable, but I certainly did not expect it. They seemed to do a thorough job, but as I've never had this service before, I'm not able to truly rate."

"We had some bad luck recently with our home that has 2 air conditioner units. They both needed replacing just 1 1/2 months apart. After researching, we selected AM Aire as we found Andrew to be the most honest AC Technician!! He replaced our first unit and even though we had to wait for a part for 5 days in Florida heat for Andrew to replace our 2nd unit , we selected him again even though another company could have installed a new one sooner.
