"LONG STORY SHORT: I would 1000000% recommend Pools by Jordan. THE LONG STORY: In 2015, my husband and I installed a pool from a different company. We had problem after problem after problem. Our original timeline of eight weeks turned into five months. Every minor issue turned into a big production. the entire process was a nightmare. Flash forward to October 2019 – my husband and I moved into a new home and needed a pool. I found Pools by Jordan on Angie’s List.  I contacted their company and several others inquiring about a new pool for our new home. I spoke with Norm and he immediately scheduled our initial consultation. We met with Jordan a week later and he designed our pool on the spot, and kept us realistic and grounded with our dream and our budget in mind. The estimated completion timeline was six weeks. I met with the other companies and after their initial consultations, their completion timelines were 8 to 10 weeks, over budget, and they were unable to begin our jobs for four months. I never heard back from either company, however Norm at Pools by Jordan reached out to see if we had any questions or concerns. Their excellent customer service made it an easy decision for us to decide to go with Pools by Jordan. Within a week of signing our contract they broke ground on our pool.
