"From start to finish everyone I met and talked to was professional and helpful. They answered my questions and went out of their way to make sure I had the correct information and equipment I needed. I was able to talk to the owner of the company as well as the warehouse manager and service personal. The installers showed up on time and called before they arrived. They cleaned up before they left and took all the debris with them. Same for the service staff who came out the next day to make some adjustments. The installers and service people were very knowledgeable about the HVAC system knew what they had to do to get it right. Most of all they were honest besides knowing what they were doing. I have never met an HVAC company or service department that were so honest and forthright. I would recommend them to anyone. In fact, I am going to recommend them and tell my neighbors about them also. There is absolutly not question I would use them again. Dave Greer"

"Was the fastest technician to show up to the house to fix it. He found the trouble straight away and repaired. It went and fetched apart to replace that with a new part and topped off our system. Though a service call is not free like some of the others the $75 service call fee if you do the repairs was waived. Capacitor replacement in the outside unit and a pound and a half of Freon. Our service fee was less than $200. I have had tech technicians charging me more than $200 just to replace the cap. And over $300 to top off the Freon. This company is now my favorite! "

"Had a back-up sewer line or lines called 3C Mechanical Technologies for help. We used them in the past and trusted them to find the problem and fix it. Which Rick Ellis did he cleared the main line, and a branch line took considerable effort, and time but he got the job done. Was very polite and keep me appraised of what was going on, and what needed to be done. Also even cleaned up the work area when he finished. Costs for labor, and work were fair."

"This company was so kind as to accept my service request on super short notice - RARE in the service industry right now. I sold my house, and was scheduled to move out of the home and out of the state the within 2 days when I noticed what looked like a small water leak under the kitchen sink (that could potentially give the buyer reason to refuse to close on the deal). "Butch called back right away. Came out in a timely fashion. Got one unit working. Then he said the main board was malfunctioning on the downstairs unit and would have to be replaced. It would cost 1200 or 1300. But if we spent a little extra on a service contract he would wave the trip fee and it would be 1100 something. Okay. We did that. It was too late for him to get the board that day so he came out the next day to install the board. But the unit still didn't come on. He said the thermostat was bad and it would we 300 to 500 to replace the thermostat depending on what we wanted. My husband told him we could do that ourselves. Just by pass it and get the unit working. Then he came down and said that the blower motor was out and it would be 1800 to replace the blower motor or 2400 to just replace the whole unit and then we'd be under warranty again. I told them I wanted a second opinion before we did that. I called Ed & Sons they came out, confirmed that we did need a new thermostat. And said they could rebuild the blower motor for around 100$. I ordered two new thermostats for 300 for both of them and my husband installed the thermostats. The work they did was fine. But I felt like they were more of the school of let's just replace parts until it works or we can sell them a new unit. Rather than what can we fix."
